If those people actually had issue with what she was saying they wouldn't talk about her so fondly or mention meeting her at cons or mention how much they miss her. I suspect the current livers are actually happy that someone as respected as her is "whistleblowing" the bad conditions within Niji that they can't bring up themselves. They literally fired the guy responsible for tanking the branch and have been slowly making changes to improve things as a result of Mint and Matara's complaints. Things like Matara complaining about the Niji fanbase is also echoing things current livers have said and gotten completely ignored over. Vox or Vanta complain about their coworkers being harassed by their fans and it's just "omg my sweet baby boy is being forced to do this by that evil female!!!!" But when an ex-liver says it suddenly their words are taken more seriously as a reflection of the negative morale within the company.
As an aside I think Niji's reputation CAN still recover but it would require tardwrangling a lot of their own community to stop harassing people over minor criticisms or harassing their own livers over public interactions. Let them cook and stop being schizo over every little thing they say. They're just entertainers at the end of the day.
