from what i get newfriends are a bit more at fault here for seemingly being ok with stuff from how i get it but that also does not absolve oldfags for letting that happen either. anyone could have said something to clear up things or stop someoen from jumping the gun.
we already established that new nations will be carved out from existing nations way before this and the new nations are still relatively small while bakatare/stars is still a big nation
and i also hate to punish someone for a fault that is based on lack of information from others for genuine work he did because he wants to partake in this project.
a potential rep for bakatare/stars also did not lose anything since there is nothing for their nation yet established, if anythign they can be happy they still get a sizeable nation to work with based on the fact that the thread was put on the map before as a repless nation while new threads need to squabble for a nation that will most likely be smaller than any of the old ones.
the thread has to overall however come to the understanding that this will be an exemption and future cases of similar happenings will not be tolerated again, which Panon for example seems to understand just fine
