For me, IRyS up until that point was always a weird one. I didn't care for her singing style (too clean and strict, reminds me of classic Disney princess songs or English dubbed anime cover songs on youtube ((They always seem too perfect and by the book; they're not as fun as more casual singing styles)); just not really my thing) and I didn't like her debut song, so I kinda skipped her. But whenever I saw her in collabs or randomly saw her streaming, she always seemed kinda sexy (like Kiara and Fauna, before I started really watching them) but I never took the time to watch her. She was too prim and proper like a goody two-shoes, such as Ina or Sora, so I mostly ignored her.
But, oh boy was I completely wrong about her. That Sora song was the catalyst. All this time I had been skipping over one of the most talented, funniest, sexiest, lewdest, and just genuinely fun girls who have ever streamed. She's so good. Damn, I was an idiot for passing on her for so long.
I'm actually currently going through this same awkward phase with Mumei and Sora. They actually seem a bit boring compared to other talents. But lately I've been starting to notice them more often, taken aback by something cute they've done. (for Sora, it was catching a few clips of her Super Mario World training arc, and for Mumei, it was seeing her concert performances) so hopefully I warm up to them soon. They are also kinda sexy in their own ways.
