As far as I know, Islam has always been a Middle Eastern thing. It's at least been contained enough for most middle/high school textbooks to not really mention it at all, at least for now.

I recall a conversation I had with an actual Nazi born in a white supremacist family and he said that we should look up to the Islam religion/Middle Eastern countries because of their treatment of women. That being said, although true Nazis dislike Catholicism because it evolved from Judaism, I think they generally favor other types of Christianity over Islamism. I'm not saying it's impossible with enough time though.
