Setting up a VM isn't especially hard but the amount of female zoomers that will know how to do that without handholding is pretty small.
I have no clue what caused that error but given she had no trouble with VMware I doubt it was on her side.
Her perseverence is very endearing. She didn't need to keep going today, nobody would've been mad to see it get pushed back, but she did. Another reason she is my oshi!
