I hate recommending this, since I would hate doing it myself, but I think the best solution might be to use AI art as an inspiration, but never disclose it. Hell, even if you trace over it, as long as you don't replice AI errors you should be golden, but that's speaking as a non-drawfag so dunno how tough that becomes.
This would however require you to be disingenuous, which might take a different toll in the long run, and could even give you imposter syndrome.
Idk man, it's a bit of a tight spot, but in my experience people are 50/50 at recognizing AI generated art, so I don't think real hand-drawn art based on AI generated compositions would realistically be spotted.
