A week before Coco's return stream, the first time Noel talked about KanaCoco's pair rings, she said she saw both of them wearing them when she visited their house, in fact it's the reason why she asked them about it.
Noel was jealous and ended up sending a message to Flare on discord about it, this is why Noel and Flare bought pair rings.
