Sorry in advance for the retarded question. On Playboard, when you look at the subscriber rank graph in Japan, there's this giant dip. On the world tab, it's a hill. Why? I notice this for a ton of chuubas I check out. Even for the ones who are declining/red, the JP graph shows a vertical decline then continues on, while the world graph shows a hill as usual.
