b.) Peculiar little points in the eyelashes although tha'ts just a stylistic choice and not too detracting vs eyes and mouth
c.) Cat mouf. It's cute when she's talking/smiling but is more like an occassional expression and looks odd if it's stuck like that permanently, especially when closed/open partway.
Then again rushier's reincarnation definitely seems to reflect her anger/menhera angle overall, she didn't -want- it to look perfectly cute/innocent so I think it's fitting, but still yeah she could make it more generically cute really easy and it's purposeful choices making it look a big meaner/weirder.
