On one I went through the images one by one sorting them however you want. It might help to break down groups that appear together frequently more broadly like 3am, or whore clan, corpo, whatever. That can make sorting easier since if you're unsure of which folder to choose you can just dump it in the group folder.
On the other window I created new folders as needed, then dragged them between windows as I sorted them so I didn't need to scroll.
It goes pretty quick once you start, just do it slowly over a few days while you're watching some streams so you don't burn out. Just crank up the thumbnail size or have a preview window open as you go, once you move a file it should switch to the next image automatically.
