22:00 -> 14 UTC -> 10 EDT (7 PDT)
The first schedule is not bad for the west coast but a bit late for the east coast for the USA.
The second schedule is the same as Loki-sama's, so it could be nice to wake up to a Muyu stream. People who wake up early would have the choice of Japanese (Loki-sama, Yuu usually stream at this time) or English (Muyu). This was Jelly's previous schedule essentially, and a lot of people liked it.
