I haven't read the original, but damn this is some rough prose; and the fact that it's supposed to be first person gura only makes it read weirder since the 'narrative voice' used in it just doesn't feel like her.
The quality does gets better when it goes to the cannibalism fetish stuff but even then the entire thing feels weirdly distant from being erotic despite the prose trying to be hot. I suppose the detail it goes into the cannibalism thing is how someone into the fetish would find this hot but as for me the lack of 'feelings' coming from the narration just exacerbates the gross out from the /meat/ tier content.
