Also Cover probably doesn't prioritize permissions when just one Holo wants to play a game but goes into Overdrive Permission obtaining when it's a thing other Holos (bonus points if it has several HoloJP members) would like to play/interested in playing. Note how most of the games Gura has decided to stop playing are the really big budget/popular ones (DMC4, Dread, Elden Ring, Kirby.) But has gone back to I Am Fish multiple times already, simply because she enjoys those games more.
