Meanwhile the HoloENs and the HoloIDs main audiences are mainly English speakers, and that encompasses multiple timezones. So you can't really say you'll stream at 1500 because NA's 1500 wouldn't be EU's 1500 and etc. Thus, they make schedules in advance so those in multiple different timezones can get an idea of when they'll stream. That's why all the EN and ID schedules either have multiple timezones listed or specifies what that time is in a specific timezone so people know when and can do the conversion if they're not in that timezone.
TL;DR timezones are annoying and Japan is lucky that their entire nation is in one timezone
