it is not like diablo at all, it's turn based RPG (like a real one, not one about grinding your numbers and getting loot)
dont neglect agility because its gonna limit your actions a lot
similarly dont take fast shot because then you miss out on aimed shots (VATS) which is helpful for targeting weak spots on enemies or just kicking a dude in the nutsack
skills can go up to 200%
dont invest in energy weapons too much early because theyre kinda scarce unless you know where to go
SAVE OFTEN because you can and will lock yourself out of things or piss people off if you make stupid choices in dialogue
