>>41259905I write things because I want to write them, so negative feedback or no feedback doesn't discourage me all that much. That being said, it's always nice when you have someone who reads your work carefully and offers their input even if it's not what you wanted to hear. Recently the things I've posted haven't had the same number of impressions as they used to, but it just might be because the thread's interests have shifted.
Spending hours and hours of your time trying to make something that people enjoy and then feeling like nobody took any enjoyment from it does hurt the desire to be productive though.
