Lazulight for the most part are all of similar style and popularity, they work well together and none of them stand out from one another. They're just typical ENVtubers. And because they were the first wave, they naturally latch on to one another fairly well out of necessity.
Obsydia is too different from each other, none of the 3 are similar so it doesn't really make sense for them to hang out. Plus, more importantly, Selen is just the stand out star not only of Obsydia but of NijiEN in general. While Selen is playing in the big leagues and collabing with people all across the world to include some of the biggest youtubers of this generation, Rosemi and Petra are sitting there being loners in debuff streams. Even if they stream a good game, usually it overlaps with Selen and Selen's charisma naturally draws the bigger audience leaving Rosemi and Petra to dry.
