>>33618850>>33619009my first ASMR was the doctor ASMR, i remember coming in going "what the fuck is this shit?" as he kept roleplaying poking around in our ears or something, as it was literally the first RP and ASMR content i ever bothered to tune into live. I immediately exited after 5 seconds but kept tuning back in for longer and longer periods of time. now i absolutely savor the ASMRs and can summarize the plots and some dialogue at the top of my head.
I love his viewpoint on it that even though it can be considered cringey, he still works earnestly on it and takes it seriously because he genuinely cares about entertaining his (mostly female) audience and recognizes the value in fanservicey content.
there's a bajillion male fanservice providers out there but Vox feels unique in that you have the feeling he does it because he really enjoys it. and one of his solid stances is that he'll never look down on people for enjoying such content.
at the same time it takes a certain level of composure/degeneracy to make such content (like NSFW artists/writers) but i feel like it's a more personal, involved level when you're the one acting in it yourself, and willing to let others enjoy and sexualize you with a pretty open mind. it's one aspect of him that i really really love.
