I can prolly grab one good excuse for all but 3 or 4 talents to leave Niji in the upcoming year. And there is some actual TALENT in Niji and some of it is male and female and Nina was super tight with quite a few of them.
The pitch is simple "New model, basically if you want it do it. you get a better cut than Niji, We actually had a 3D concert with only 9 active talents." And then you stop at what feels natural.
