The only tags I was given were "Amiya, Spider Legs, Purple Hair, Braids," the lora seems to do her extra spider eyes naturally as long as you have adetailer on. There are tags for extra eyes and spider eyes on danbooru though so they should probably help if you need them. "forehead" also helps if you want her to not have bangs and see the eyes more clearly. And you can leave out "braids" if you want to change her hairstyle, the lora seems pretty flexible.
