Kson will never make an agency because she's a woman and doesn't have the leadership skills needed to understand where the real threats to her company are, and she's smart enough to know what she doesn't know will kill her. This will give her the usual analysis paralysis, and given her likely hires will be all her friends, it will mean shouldering the responsibility of her friends all on her own. She probably thinks she can't do it.
It's possible she might be more based than I imagine and even know everything I do, but then she would still have to assemble an actual competent team in order to make an agency happen. Like it or not a lot of vtubers end up in agencies like this because they don't have the cross industry discipline needed for form an IP based media company.
At best this dragon thot will assemble a round table of furends and they might give eachother a hand, but I sincerely doubt she will ever form her own agency unless a lot more holos graduate and soon.
