Too expensive with maybe not a big payback, they probably expect that the audience of the JPs can make a bit of uproar for them. They have been keen to make the articles and the magazines. And also the fact they probably invested a lot of those three already.
I don't think they are going to hit 2views, but maybe 3views, and probably with enough time, interest by the Japanese will increase.
Also by having more Japanese members they can work more collabs with JP branding, so that untimely help them grow, since one issue was that the collabs did spark interest but none would jump into EN talents and sonch, who they know already.
