Just clear your mind and look upon the land. Ground yourself in nature, in the space you are in. Immerse yourself in your surroundings and try to cancel out those thoughts in your brain. It is skill you can train, so don't feel bad if it doesn't work at first. Clear your mind of the thoughts it may have and fill it with the sensations of your surroundings. The way the wind rustles the trees, the smell of the air, the crunch of the ground upon your feet, the details of how the trails snakes through the foliage. I do not recommend tasting the wildness. Use all your senses, focus on them, and let yourself be absorbed into the place you are: right then, right now.
