The government is also extremely well done in ideas. The dynamics are well thought of and represent complexity that is good world building. When you develop them more, they will be amazing!!!! I am the 2434 rep so when it comes to the cio, i will honestly tell you it is up to you and sol about what you want to do. I can give you my thoughts on how they operate, which I think you understand but I personally am not totally sure about how this works. Their mission is something i havent thought of besides making money. Do they want to turn pcg into a practical colony or just dominate the economy? Let me think on that. There is much work to be done by me on the cio itself so bear with me!!!
Overall, you are bring in unique, well thought out and interesting ideas that I love to see, as this project is about what each person can bring to make it better and you certainly do and you are extremely knowledgeable about many things!!!!
