We only have a slight understanding why Magni left and none for Vesper:
So we are never going to know exactly what happened, but it's most likely not a contract thing, it seems like Magni had to sacrifice a lot while working with cover and they weren't meeting him half way and something was the straw that broke the camels back.
It's unclear why this coincided with the 1 year anniversary, but it feels like there was a managerial decision made that Friday the caused this mess.
My feelings on it:
I know it's sad, but this is probably for the best.
Magni and Vesper accomplished so much this year and though they could have accomplished more, it's like Cover was holding them back more then helping them by this point. Though this may have added extra work for the other 6 boys this month, they will move on and be fine too.
Please don't hate Magni and Vesper, they had to make a hard decision and please support them if you like their future works.
