When you think about it, Gura is probably busy most of the time. Besides her own ideas and plans, there's probably always someone asking her to do something for them (e.g. game collabs, company projects, advertisement streams, convention appearances, music collaboration, advice/support). Of course she doesn't accept all of those requests, but I would imagine that she's hesitant to say no to most of it and gets booked up pretty quickly.
