If you go too bara on it, it might look like Sett from League of Legends with a green palette. You could probably get away with the same frame, but more toned, maybe a little bit buffer, full ottermode, the usual body of aerial wrestlers, like Rey Mysterio or Sin Cara.
I was talking this image as a reference for the body of my character, but it was too Young for me, so I ended up using Eugen's body from the same game, instead.
You might be able to use it as a reference, though.
By the way, the inside of the mouth might need a darker color than the tongue.
