It's not the same Biboo, but maybe a alternate history Biboo that got locked up for a long time and got corrupted by pure negative emotions. Prism Magic Biboo also seems like a different Biboo too, maybe a Biboo who was allowed to live a carefree life. You can see the jealousy from Ascended Biboo and the dark corruption growing on her when she sees Biboo having fun with her friends. Also, it was incredibly kino that a single tear from Geow remembering how much he loved Ascended Biboo is what powered up the plant at the end.
