Anyways, very greek, which fits the overall continent's cultural aesthetic, I assume it is intentional.
Not much to say about it, since it mainly talks about the outside of /774/, dunno if placing them as a waiting power will work out.
Do remember that anything you write for /774/ may or may not be scrapped if we do recieve an eventual /774/ lore writer, so I'd be more careful in how you want to integrate them into the overall geopolitics of the area, don't just shove them in as a player.
I do like the spread of cultural influence, I think it's neat.
