As a fan, the ways to show someone that they need to slow down are very limited and far from straightforward. Best I can do is write her fanletters that make her think about where she's heading with all this, but without frustrating her or coming off as misunderstanding. I doubt that packaging "thanks for doing something I wish you'd do less before it is 'too late'" will go over well. Especially not with a bonehead like her.

It's not like she isn't taking breaks when it gets too rough, but I also think she really can't stop grinding herself down. If something fills out your entire life it becomes hard to imagine yourself without it, just to name one reason.
