If you keep your focus on map games like this I think you can do extremely well especially if you can yap a lot about them too. As for tournaments, you might have to find people outside this community for that because map games are especially quite hard to learn and master but I do think you can draw dedicated people for sure which is a strong benefactor for an important niche. If you can also rant and talk about history or bugs or anything like that you've got a special recipe to yourself.
