We have to assuume at least triple or quadruple that for unculled numbers since the waiting room alone is cut in half and then we dont know the verification rate or shadowban scale either.
It's really hard to say but if I had to make a guess (youtube intern is probably smiling right now) I would say around 28K average ccv completely unculled.
But since the discoverability potential has been wasted because of the cull it could be anything above that number really as nobody can predict where the algo would take them if they weren't suppressed.
