Dunno how I feel about calling Council just "work friends," if it was Myth then it would make more sense but I can't really say the same with Council's dynamic with each other. There's obvious restrictions on what they can do publicly because, well, they're idols/figures and all, but the line seems more blurred. Kronii did say being in hololive doesn't really feel like a job for her, so it's probably more akin to "online friends" if anything.
