Are you getting an adequate amount of sleep every night? Are you going to bed and waking up at the same time routinely?
Is your diet providing all of your nutritional needs? If it's not are you supplementing your diet to meet your needs?
Do you have access to a sauna? Are you grounding yourself at least once a day for 15-30 minutes?
Are you drinking enough water? Getting enough sunshine?
There are a lot of simple things you can do that you're in control of that can really help improve your mental/emotional state.
