I'm a bit early for MenMon but I need to start the week fresh instead of waiting for the start of the week.
I trying to do too much but I'm getting overwhelmed. I want way more than I can actually do, so I'll ease up a little. Instead of studying japanese and doing art reps everyday I'll do each 3 times a week, and flex the remaining day. I'm already lifting 3 or 4 times a week and studying another secret thing everyday, on top of irl work I think I can manage like this. I'll try to make a daily routine too because freestyling everyday is making waste time doing absolutely nothing (and not relaxing either because I keep thing about the things I should be doing) and feeling bad about it later.
