According to the representatives who were working with her, she had to tweak the cup design to get it approved which she did. She sent out the final design and was told that it would be approved with the new changes. It wasn't. Instead she was dropped from the sponsorship completely and revoked of her partner status.

This idea that she was unwilling to compromise isn't true at all. She compromised with the final design and was told it was approved. Gamersupps fucked up. If they had no intentions of giving her a cup due to the fact she's a loli vtuber they should've never made it so she could apply for a cup in the first place.

She's likely wrong in the whole "they didn't expect me to get big" theory. It's more so they had no intentions of giving any loli vtuber a cup but never outright stated it. You can shill their products but they don't want to make merch with lolis likely to avoid the controversy that comes with it. In fact, the only loli I can think of that has a cup with them literally only has it because it's apart of a collab with Hololive and if they refused, was likely that Holo would just drop the deal entirely. The only way to convince them to reconsider their stance is to be a big corpo. Which Shondo is not. She's just a girl.

Yes. The deal was that if you sell enough with your code then you get a cup made in your likeness. They approached her knowing what she looked like, signed her on, had her shill the code, and when she met the goal they started fucking with her and repeatedly asking her to change the design and then ghosted her and let the contract expire. Apparently this design was just too lewd.
I don't even watch Shondo but that shit is enough to make me avoid buying their slop.

anon, you've got that backwards. She started with a more sexy design and went with the more tame design. This was the concept art for the design which isn't sexy at all. She criticized the hypocrisy of them wanting more sexy designs for other vtubers but them asking the opposite for her. Ignoring the fact that she's a loli.
