He never got as close to 13k as Vox, but he didn't recline to as close to 9k as Vox now, although he did in May.
He seems to have found himself a comfortable range between 9.5k and 10.5k and I'm not anticipating a recline for him as steep as Vox, mostly due to the fact he is not part of the "Vox box" and keeps out of most of the NijiEN drama.
