Kurisu: an outwardly genius mind, stonecold, well-spoken and articulate, but with a hint of tsundere, shitposting and clumsiness. I think the one who fits the description the most would unironically be Kanae. Maybe Tentei Forte, Lize or Inui Toko as well.
Mayuri: I think the hardest heroine to nail because beyond her absent-mindedness and cute gestures, what defines Mayuri is the underlying melancholic existence. for this one, though a reach, my only comparison is Siro. Innocent, cute, always down for fun, but you always get reminded that she went through tragedies.
