If you're asking for the specific stream I'm referring to you can see Aki's stream of the SF tourney where her practice stream with half the viewers of her tourney stream has similar amount of chat speed. evidently because her non regular viewers doesn't chat if at all despite viewing her stream. now imagine if these kind of audience just enjoy watching the type of content that vspo or kuzuha has. so much so that a majority of their audience are these people, it explains why they'd have such low viewer engagement especially compared to vtubers that doesn't attract this kind of audience at all.
