It's a well known and assumed fact anyone who is ""mute"" or TTS in that game is a man. Zen tried to subvert this by getting his girlfriend to go on stream for him and he was outted for it.
This is public knowledge, just buried with time since I believe it goes back to 2018. Twitch vods are long gone and tweets have been deleted so you can choose to believe it or not. Just don't get your panties in a bunch when people refer to Zen as "he" because they were there.
