Being an artist is extremely lonesome and nobody cares about how much time and effort you put on a piece. You sacrifice your free time to draw and when it's finally done there isn't a pot of gold waiting for you instead it's a disappointment followed by a disenchantment because these drawings will not put food on the table for you. Eventually, after multiple heartaches as a final fuck you to the world he deletes and nukes everything. They need lots of love and attention otherwise they'll move on to somewhere else that'll nurture them with attention.
