It's pretty much a remote desktop you can use however you want, including gaming on cloud and I don't think they care what you install on it. They save up your hard drive and whenever you launch it they attach it to a new instance so your environment should be there all the time once you set up stable diffusion. But this is untested so can't promise anything.
