Is there anything wrong with just doing both? The 4 PM showing would have to start at 4 PM sharp to accommodate the combined 04h12m22s runtime of both movies; no intermission other than the credits sequence on The Raid - Redemption.
The 8 PM one could start as early as 8:05 PM - that's when the end credits on "The Departed" should start.
Thoughts? It makes absolutely no difference to me since it can be left unattended. The amount of bandwidth consumed doesn't change either, whether 9 people watch it, and then 7 people watch it, or if 16 people watch together. And there's a surplus of bandwidth available...
