Tsunderia and PRISM seem like they're going well and they both had extremely sketchy starts to them. I don't see them becoming the next vshojo or anything, but they'll be a good moderate amateur group. I see them as a good place for people who just want to do it part time while having the benefits of a group, as opposed to the current niji/holoEN which looks more like a full time job. (PRISM has a better chance than Tsunderia though, both from a professional and talent point of view.)
I don't see Phase Connect or Kawaii lasting much longer though, but that's more from incompetence rather than maliciousness. I do hope Uruka makes it out of PC though and into the big times once she gets some experience. She seems like a genuinely talented musician and I appreciate that, but as a streamer she's extremely rough around the edges.
