I haven't posted much lately but I cracked the bread code to get my gf to eat half the loaf at least. 3 cups flour 1 1/2 cup water plus sugar, salt, yeast. Dust with flour and sea salt right before it goes in the oven. I've experimented with a few combinations so far, 30/70 whole wheat/bread flour, 100% bread flour, 50/50 rye/bread flour, and just today 50/50 semolina flour. Though the last one just came out of the oven so I haven't been able to taste it yet, pic rel.
