They were all posted by someone claiming to be friends with Sei, who DM'd them to him. So do with that what you will.
Personally, I'm going to assume the screenshot is real. However, especially now knowing the user Pippa was responding to was Kiki, I think the screenshot just reads as Pippa saying "Well if you're right-leaning, you should collab with others who are right-leaning to grow.", which is obvious and factual advice, and in no way suggests Pippa is grifting.
In fact, nobody in the original thread interpreted it that way. It certainly doesn't suggest Lumi is a grifter since she wasn't even giving the advice and just chimed in with some positivity.
