I'm not sure if that is why you mentioned it but yes, she definitely has more personality than most other vtubers. She even makes fun of herself on occasion and doesn't take everything too seriously.
One thing I really appreciate about her also as a person who loves neuro sama so much (yeah i have) would be how honest people like layna are with eachother when they talk to the public, it's very refreshing sometimes seeing someone actually tell what is going through their mind. She does this for example in an interview where she talks openly and honestly about her struggles as a vtuber.
