>>28991637>I'm quite surprised that there seem to be people who still do after all this time and all the debunkings. You seem like a good lad defending the company you clearly have a preference for so I’ll let you in into a “secret”.
Well, it’s not a secret, everyone can see it in the open but most people miss it because they have good hearts and try to approach things giving their adversaries the “benefit of the doubt”, and their adversaries use EXACTLY that against them.
I’ll call it “the rebunking of the rrats” cycle. Here is how it goes
>people invent a far fetched theory that cast their adversaries in a bad light for fun, profit or merely the lulz >their adversaries, instead of ignoring and scrolling past, try to “debunk” it with facts and logic [you are here]
>the mischievous rrat peddlers, instead of admitting defeat and conceding the point, just double down, “rebunk” the rrat and use the passionate defense of their adversaries as additional evidence that “the rrat must be true otherwise they wouldn’t be trying so hard to debunk it”[you are also here]
You may think that’s puerile and wouldn’t work but, yeah, it does and in every scale, big or small, schoolyard banter or the political process of big countries.
The more you fight against it the stronger it gets
