There definitely is a conflict of interest at play here so if they have a board, they could try to force her to give her shares to Lily. However, from what we’ve seen with her trying to throw her boyfriend under the bus to save her skin, she’s not exactly repentant so she’s going to fight to keep control since she’s such a good businesswoman.
