One of them is relying on financial reports and investing based on what is written on them. When you think about it, it sort of makes no sense, given that most companies don't give dividends anymore, and thus your return is based on price speculation, which is purely "public sentiment" driven.
Plus, most investors don't really have a deep knowledge on the industry they invest in. We think it was obvious because we watched Holofes and had the means to compare its outcome with other events, declaring it a success, but most investors probably don't even know what Holofes is. etc. etc.
